Troubleshooting tips

  1. No light/power
    1. Check ethernet connection.
    2. Are you connected to a PoE enabled switch or PoE injector?
    3. Does the switch/injector have power?
  2. Can only connect to the primary/default VLAN
    1. Check that your switch port has all VLANs enabled (Try cycling the port through 'Disabled')
