Troubleshooting tips
- No light/power
- Check power connection.
- Are you connected to a PoE enabled switch or PoE injector?
- Can only connect to the primary/default VLAN
- Check that your switch port has all VLANs enabled (Try cycling the port through 'Disabled')
FAQ
- What is PoE Passthrough
- The US-8 switch can be powered via PoE in Port 1 (Labeled PoE In). Remaining wattage of the port is passed to Port 8 (Labeled PoE Out) to chain into a PoE powered device.
Add simple diagram of this function for clarity?
Note: Without PoE input via port 1, port 8 will NOT have PoE.
